Yipeee! Conservatives are in power in Canada
Times have changed. My innocent country has been overtaken by stupid ambassadors of all that is wrong and misunderstood in this world. I've been sitting here for the last month and a half hoping against all hope that Stephen Harper will just wake up one day, realise he is stupid, and walk into Parliament and absolve himself from the position of Prime Minister- thereby, calling snap elections. Alas, this has not happened. The only logical conclusion I can reach is that Stephen Harper is too stupid to even realise how stupid he is. And that takes some major stupidity. Well, so I hear from George Bush.
How stupid are Stephen Harper and his cronies, well judge for yourself. If words make the man, then these people were born stupid:
Rob Anders – Minister of State (Multiculturalism) states, "“Nelson Mandela is a terrorist.”
Stephen Harper backs Rob Anders up by saying, "“Rob is a true reformer and a true conservative. He has been a faithful supporter of mine and I am grateful for his work.”
Awesome, my minister of Multiculturalism is calling the most respected diplomat/freedom fighter/politician/community activist in the world today, a terrorist. Canada will be making huge strides towards global peace I see.
Myron Thompson, Minister of State (Youth Justice) declared in relation to the minimum age at which children should be tried as adults, "Lets lower the age to ten".
Oh Boy OH bOy OH bOY! Lets sound the calls for the American prison complex right now. maximum security please. It helps the communications industry with more cameras being sold.
As if we didn't have enough raging capitalists already, lets look at our Minister of Health, Jason Kenney who has publicly stated, “I DO support the idea of private health care.”
Now, this is an example of stupidity in the prime. I am Minister of Health. The first thing I shall be doing is getting rid of my ministry and losing my job.
hBy the way, why don't we call the American private health companies at the same time as the prison complex.. it'll give our dollar something to smile about with the icreased "tourism". Oh wait, these ministers want them to come and stay in our country. Right.
Last but not least, Stockwell Day. Good ol' Doris Day, with his speedo suit bunching his shrivelled balls up and all. Canada's former Foreign Affairs critic was asked why his party did not send a letter of condolence to the Palestinian Authority on the death of Yasser Arafat. Doris replied to the query by forwarding an article by David Frum which claimed that Arafat might have died due to AIDS.
What an incredible response. It takes the cake. I can't even begin to decribe how happy that response makes me feel. Way to respect the dead. And way to respect everyone that suffers from thsi lifelong disease. And yes Doris, it is a condition worse than your shrivelled balls.
So there they are, just a few ministers of your new government. Their nominations as ministers reflects not only the stupidity of Stephen Harper, but also of the Conservative party. Most importantly, and I seriously never ever thought I would ever say this, the stupidity of the majority of Canadians that elected this rag tag group of witless, nonsensical, contradictory, spiteful bigots to power.
end of pleasant rant.
