Post Secret

How do I put this, well.. I have a new favourite website. I find myself waiting for Sunday to roll on by just so I can go and check for updates on my new favourite site. Ironically, when I do realise its Sunday morning and get all excited, my enthusiam crashes on rocks when I realise that even though it is Sunday for me, its not for the people that update my favourite website. I end up waiting till early morning Monday when they update to check the new posts. This has gone on for about four solid weeks now.

What is this site that I have so become enthralled with? Post Secret.

Post Secret is a webiste updated every Sunday with comments posted a few days later. A forum for people to anonymously share the most humorous, well kept or shaming secrets they have on a website where no one will get to know who they are. The postcards sent in to the site are amusing, sometimes shocking, heartbreaking, artsy, surprising and sometimes, just totally liberating in their message.

I have always been a person that thrives off the tales of others, able to listen carefully and hold myself from judgement. And this site just fascinates me. Some of the stories that come out on these 4x4 postcards are heart wrenching, some are sad and some are just plain funny. The mix is eclectic and the site managers do a great job. Go check the site out. And remember, just because something doesn't strike a tune with you this time does not mean it never will, they'll be posting a new batch again on Sunday. Barring time zone differences that is. And of course, tell me what you think.
