what can i say.. the guy was thanking us, it's hard to hurl insults at someone thanking us. But all the while, I knew he was here just for ur support on BMD. And maybe if things work out really well, then support in iraq. he needs canada on board for BMD, it'll look much more legit cuz canada still has that respect around the world. This was true before sept 11th and its become even clearer after it.

For America, the best ally to bring on right is Canada. Its the one ally in its arsenal that has not been tainted as of yet. England is embroiled in its own controversies and is seen as an ally that will go along with the US no matter what. Spain and Italy have clearly stated their adverse views with recent elections. France and Germany will not tally along with the US blindly. That leaves Israel and Australia. Israel has its own share of problems and let's face it, australia is just too damn far.

america needs canada, now more than ever before. question is, do we see through the motives?
