TV Notes..
The Kids in the Hall. A decade or so after its release, I'm starting to love this show. This is classic comedy and acting. These guys are so talented. I have seen all these guys in other shows and comedy fests, but on this show, they are in their element. This show is hard hitting with its messages whether they are political, funny or just plain wierd. If you haven't seen what the kids in the hall are upto, don't miss out.

If the democrats win, a key reason for their election win will be women. Women are the single most important constituency in this election. Just ahead of Blacks and Hispanics. This new force rose on Sept 11th. These are the same soccer moms that supported Clinton for years. They believed in his social agenda, they liked him as a person and as a politician. Women loved Clinton. The Democrats almost lost a bit of this powerbase during the Clinton sex scandal. However, the major hit came with Sept 11th (pardon the pun). These women suddenly felt that security and safety was more important than social values at the moment.
This is the large group of women the Democrats have to win back to take this election. This is why you saw John Kerry being introduced by his daughters, this is why he told the story of his mother, to break down the gender gap. This is also why you saw Madeline Albright deliver a tough and sincere speech. Female voters in America will be a decisive battleground in the upcoming months.
Remember this. If the Democrats win the female, the black and the hispanic vote in November, they will win the popular vote by 3 million votes. That statistic is from advisers and pollsters in the Bush campaign.

I saw a really pretty, sexy, sophisticated, intelligent and totally chill brown girl on tv today. She was a hostess on a Rogers reality show called Live Like a Star. Ms. Fazila Khan, if you are reading this, my number is 905-527-8010. Call me. Don't forget to Press 1 before the number.
in angst,

Global News was talking about Caribana today. That was a horrible topic for them to speak on. They just went on and on with the sly insinuations. And that Farhad guy was in on it too. I think he's pakistani too, if that it true, i'll knock him the fuck out the first time I see him.
stop smiling that smile ... i ain't kidding.. the guy has just plain sold out. He was wearing a polka dot tie today for god sakes! A Polka Dot tie. No brown man in his sane mind would wear polka dots, not even if their was a red dot sale in India.

Doesn't John Kerry seem like one of them oldschool presidents? and when i say old school, i mean real, real old school.. like 1800's. He seems like an abe lincoln kinda cat.

Came home to realise that my keys were in a jacket that was in my dad's car. That meant that I had to stare at my dad's car while sitting on the porch for him to come home and let me in. I waited two hours.
