John Kerry has won the first of the primaries in the Democratic leadership race and has snatched the momentum away from Howard Dean who came in a distant third. My sleeper pick was John Edwards and it turns out I was right. He's only six points behind Kerry.

However, two of the other candidates who shoudl matter in thsi race will only jump into the fray next month in New Hampshire... so there is a lot more to happen before we find out who it will be that will stand for election against and ultimately lose to George Bush. Futility.. Bring Gore Back! ... I never thought I would say that...

These next two weeks are gonan be hectic as hell. I have an election campaign to work on. I have a few assignments due including a seminar class presentation. I am not looking forward to this at all.
