work was okay today. It was really clammy out today.. and that made the working unbearable. Hopefully, it will rain tonite and tomorrow will be a bit better.

Like a well oiled machine, the mind can either be our ally or our downfall, depending on its maintenance schedule, abuses and pampers... And whether or not it receives some TLC.
