One of Tony Blair' aides admitted today that Britain "erred" when it released a significantly outdated and false dossier on Iraq in January. HAH! That is a gross understatement to say the least. What were these people thinking. Two days after the "dossier" was released, it was reported widely all over the world (except CNN AND Fox News) that atleast half the dossier had been plagarised form a ten year old thesis essay written by a student in god knows what country. The government did not apologise even after it had been proven guilty.
Moreover, the parts of teh dossier that were not plagarised, we clearly written by a person completely devoid of any sense of intelligence gathering and reporting. Spelling mistakes in the names of cities, strategic locations and shoddy translations of supposedly genuine conversations were included in the dossier only compounding the goverment's problems. Before that day, I had respect for Tony Blair. Till that day I still though of him as a good person that had been the world's premier statesman after Sept 11th in comparison to that crazy mongrel in Washington. On that day though, I lost all respect. Shame on you Mr. Blair.
moving on...
